M1 Construction Ltd is a full service renovation, new build and commercial construction company. We pride ourselves on our reputation and stand behind our work. Based in Beaumont and serving the Edmonton Area we have been established for over 15 years by putting client needs and integrity first.
From a new home build, commercial development project, or a simple flooring replacement we look forward to providing service to all of our clients.
Every construction project has its start with an idea. Design helps communicate those ideas to all involved and, like a building foundation, needs to be solid for the rest of the job to run smoothly. We love this aspect of the construction process!

Starting with a solid base and finishing with the last touch up we are here from the beginning to long after the finish to ensure our clients are taken care of.

ABOUT US
Being raised in a family where his father built multiple houses with his own hands, Geoff started understanding Alberta construction practices at a young age. Working summers for his brother-in-law's construction company while in school his base knowledge grew. After graduating high school he enrolled in Construction Engineering Technologies at NAIT achieving an honours diploma. NAIT’s project management, building science, and estimating program was an excellent way to allow him to transition to working for residential and commercial construction companies.
In 2005 He decided to start off on his own. M1 Construction Ltd was incorporated in 2006 as a hands-on renovation company completing minor renovations. Today we are proud to be a steadily growing company based in Beaumont which has diversified into a full service renovation, new build and commercial construction company.
